Faith Lutheran Church, 2750 McLeod Rd, Bellingham. Breakfast is served Tuesday from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Lunch is served Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The program closes on major holidays.
